Christina’s at Mondrian Singapore Duxton is revealing a new menu in the refreshed all-day destination with a warm Mediterranean spirit. From specialty coffees and natural wines to ingredient-led small plates, every detail is infused with quiet sophistication and intention. At the heart of it all, Chef Federico Scordo brings soulful Mediterranean flavours and modern finesse, serving dishes that invite connection, comfort, and a true taste of la dolce vita.
With a career spanning Rome, London, and now Singapore, Chef Federico brings a worldly calm to the ever-evolving rhythms of Christina’s. Picking up a kaleidoscopic range of social nuances, cultural practices, and respect for ingredients that speak for itself, he is not one for theatrics—bringing this belief to life through his menu of soulful, hearty dishes in modern techniques.
Innovative twists on classic dishes include:
- Christina’s Potatoes: Chef’s rendition of roasted potatoes atop house-made beetroot hummus, aioli and balsamic glaze
- Pizza Fritta: A lighter, airy take on traditional pizza dough deep-fried with panko crumbs with stracciatella, folds of mortadella and a fresh pesto
- Traditional Carbonara: Chef’s favourite dish on the menu—a taste of his hometown prepared the traditional way (no milk and cream)—guanciale (aged pork jowl) brings a salty, smoky depth amidst the coated pieces of rigatoni
- Polpo Materca: Seafood is the jewel in the crown here, paying homage to Chef’s adolescent days when he would snorkel and catch octopus to cook, paired with house-made chickpea hummus and sweet tomato confit
There will also be a new high tea menu from Friday – Sunday, (2pm – 5pm), and Daily, 8am – 11pm), diners can indulge in the new a la carte menu.
