Women’s tailoring brand FREY has a limited time pop-up at DORS Singapore and you might just want to head on right there if you’re looking to refresh your workwear wardrobe.

Founded in Hong Kong, FREY has seen growing demand from Singaporean customers drawn to its precise tailoring, premium fabrics and modern approach to womenswear. The Lunar New Year collection reflects this momentum, created
exclusively for DORS as a celebration of both the season and FREY’s expanding presence in Singapore.

The collection spans lightweight wool jackets and waistcoats, tailored trousers and skirts, alongside fluid silk dresses and blouses. Each piece is designed to be worn with ease yet make a statement, balancing structure with softness and tradition with modernity.

FREY was founded on a simple yet under-addressed idea: women deserve the same standard of fit, fabric and craftsmanship long afforded to men. After more than two decades working in men’s tailoring, including 12 years in China with SuitSupply, founder Frederieke van Doorn identified a clear gap in the market. While men had access to beautifully cut, high-quality suiting, womenswear often prioritised trends over fit, longevity and function.

Drawing on her technical expertise, van Doorn launched FREY to offer women sharply tailored, enduring wardrobe staples made from premium natural fabrics and repurposed deadstock sourced from leading Italian mills. From Ready-to-Wear seasonal collections to made-to-measure pieces, FREY is designed to integrate effortlessly into an existing wardrobe, offering versatility, longevity and confidence.

“Women have long been underserved when it comes to truly great tailoring,” said Frederieke. “I started FREY to create beautifully cut pieces that are practical, empowering and built to last. For Lunar New Year, we’ve worked with seasonal colours and prints that feel celebratory yet wearable, so women feel confident, comfortable and completely themselves, whatever the occasion.”

The exclusive Lunar New Year edit highlights FREY’s signature balance of craftsmanship and wearability. Statement fabrics and considered cuts define the collection, from Red Print and Red Dogtooth to deep Red Wine and soft Powder Pink tones.

In Red Print, the Canterbury Blouse and Cumbria Skirt offer effortless versatility, while the Cardiff Dress translates the motif into a sleek, long-sleeved silhouette. For layered looks, the Byron Bay Waistcoat in a lightweight Red Dogtooth wool-linen blend adds structure without weight, while the limited-edition Blackburn Waistcoat features a tailored double-breasted cut with a refined shawl collar.

Sharp tailoring continues with the Devon Jacket and Cape, alongside the more classic Bristol Jacket. In Ruby Red, the Canberra Shawl Lapel Suit Jacket paired with Castelo Branco Slim Fit Trousers creates a confident, modern suiting option.
Softer statements come through in the Powder Pink Nora Jacket and the boyfriendcut Gold Coast Jacket in Pink Dogtooth, offering a fresh, contemporary take on festive dressing.

The FREY Lunar New Year collection is available exclusively at DORS Singapore from now until March 2026.
